VOLUNTEERS SHOP FIRST!!
We are in great need of volunteers! You can work 1, 2, or 3 three hour blocks before, during, or after the sale.
Work (1) three hour time slot, shop Monday from 7-9pm.
Work (2) three hour time slots, shop Monday from 6-9pm.
Work (3) three hour time slots, shop Monday from 5-9pm.
All volunteers can shop our 50% off sale first Thursday at 9am and our 75% off sale Friday at 9am!
Available volunteer slots during the sale are:
**Sunday and Friday time slots will involve heavy lifting. Saturday time slots will involve cleaning.

**Time slots in this color are currently full.
**NOTE: Volunteers working Monday from 4p-7p must not be interested in shopping at the earliest time (they can shop at 7p). Volunteers working Monday from 7p-10p must work 1 or 2 more time slots to be able to shop early.
**Certain timeslots fill up quickly. Weekend and night slots fill up in the first few days so don’t wait to sign up!
Volunteer opportunity before the sale:
We need volunteers to make copies of our half sheet flyer and deliver them to family oriented businesses in the following areas:
Fuquay-Varina, Holly Springs, Apex, Cary, Garner, Clayton, Angier, and Raleigh
We also need volunteers to obtain shopping bags. They need to be paper bags with HANDLES like you get at the grocery store. Each bundle counts as 1 time slot of volunteering. We can not accept loose bags ... they MUST be in a bundle. There are usually about 300-400 bags per bundle.
Special volunteer opportunity during the sale:
We need a volunteer with a pickup truck to haul away our trash twice during the sale. This person would need to come to the sale on Wednesday evening and Saturday afternoon. This responsibility is worth 2 time slots.
Volunteer commitment:
Shopping is more fun with a friend. Consider swapping childcare with another consignor, so that you both could shop early. Many of our volunteers make a night of it.
Just 4 Kids will deduct $25 from a consignor's check if that consignor fails to fulfill their volunteer commitment. If a volunteer is not consigning this time and does not fulfill their obligation, they will not be invited back as a volunteer.
Our volunteers are so important to us! We could not do it without you! Our volunteers have many times gone beyond what is reasonable or expected so please know how much we value you!
